Terms & Conditions

By submitting an enquiry and/or paying a deposit you are confirming you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Until deposit is paid, the date is open for other bookings.

Submitting an enquiry does not mean it is confirmed.The balance of payment is required to be paid in full 10 days prior to your order being received.

Clients accept full responsibility for their order once it has been collected. Any concerns about your order must be raised immediately on collection. Once your order has been collected, you agree that you are happy with it and accept all responsibility for the transportation of it.

While I am happy to advise the best way to transport your order, it is the client responsibility to exercise extreme care when moving and transporting your order.

Sweet Baby Kitchen products are classified as perishable and are designed to be consumed within a maximum one week of collection, unless otherwise stated.

If you are unhappy with the quality or taste of your order, you must return the product to Sweet Baby Kitchen premises within 24 hours of when it was collected/delivered. Refunds or exchanges will then be decided at Sweet Baby Kitchen own discretion. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for an order that has been consumed or if orders are cancelled within 14 days of the due date.

There will be a late collection fee charged, if I am are required to remain after the agreed collection time. This would be charged at Sweet Baby Kitchen discretion.

For delivery orders, Sweet Baby Kitchen take no responsibility for damage/loss to orders after it has been delivered. If no one is home to collect your order, best endeavours will be made to contact you and your order will be left in a safe place.

Delivery time is an estimate only and cannot be guaranteed.

COVID-19: Any order that requires changes due to COVID-19 will be dealt with at the discretion of Sweet Baby Kitchen. If work has commenced on your order (ie 72 hours prior to collection or delivery), we will be unable to provide a refund/postponement. Should you wish to proceed with a cancellation/postponement within 72hrs of your booked date, please be aware you forfeit all monies paid.

Sweet Baby Kitchen reserve the right to change these policies at any given time and commit to having these published on the website at all times.
